DOF job isnt to pick the team is it? So it doesnt matter what he thought was good enough DOF doesnt make those decisions. What he did do well was the signings of Daniel James and Wan Bissaka, his strategy of securing young players like that who hopefully can grow in he future would be great for the club, and his great man management skills and dedication to the youth would be perfect to have seeing as managers come and go all with different ideas on what style to play or players to have
