Ronaldo, Messi, Suarez/Neymar is the top 3 with Ronaldo taking it, it's automatic at this point that Messi and Ronaldo will dominate. I think this one still has the FIFA partnership which means it will favor big name players. France Football used to give players like Matthias Sammer the award. So, who you guys everybody got?
Ronaldo (after winning the Champions league & Euros) to walk it? Vardy to crash the party? Also, No Sanchez on the list has gotta be a kick in the teeth. Led his national team to Copa America glory and won the Golden Ball.
Wouldn't be surprised if that scumbag Pepe take the gong. After the year of Brexit and Trump, seeing a defender such a Pepe wouldn't be so far fetched.
Reports suggest Gabriel Barbosa is frustrated over his lack of playing time at Inter so far.
The Brazilian striker, known as Gabigol, arrived from Santos in the summer after being chased by a host of European clubs.
Having joined up with the squad late after the Olympics, it was clear that the 20-year-old wasn’t going to go straight into the first team.
However, Gabigol has played just 16 minutes so far, with Coach Frank de Boer preferring to bring on Stevan Jovetic when looking for options up-front.
Now Calciomercato is reporting that the player’s entourage are leaking information that the striker isn’t happy with the situation.
De Boer continually declares that Gabigol isn’t ready, something which it’s thought has irritated the youngster.
Furthermore, the Nerazzurri pushed hard to bring him from Santos over the summer, and if he wasn’t going to play he’d have preferred to stay until the end of the Brazilian season.
It has been suggested that the Beneamata want to avoid overburdening Gabigol, as Milan are generally agreed to have done with Alexandre Pato, whose career was blighted by muscular injuries.
However, Pato had just turned 18 when he made his debut for the Rossoneri, while Gabigol was already a regular at Santos.
