No they will overpay to get the players they want. I'm saying that's the "easy" part. Putting that player in a position to succeed is the hardest part. i.e Kagawa is a fantastic player but the way we play does not suit him at all.

When has playing a clearly unfit Rooney ever not ended up like this? Soon as I saw he was starting, I knew it straight away we were going out tonight. Added to the fact that he has never stepped up when it was up to him at the very highest level. If you forgot the fact Bayern are far better than we are for a minute. We already had too many things against us. Starting Hernandez instead would have definitely given Bayern a different thing to think about Someone who was fitter,hungrier and sharper. And what kind of world would it be if David Moyes was beating Pep in the CL 1/4 final. Last straw was taking Welbeck off and leaving a clearly unfit Rooney on.
