This is what has irritated for years about Wenger, I understand the money wasn't there to buy and pay the wages of the super talent, but he had enough money. To buy better than Chamack, Park, Arteta, Flamini, Vermaelan, Giroud, Sanogo, Jenkinson, Halstrom(why didn't he just get Cabaye in the summer, who wanted to come), Santos, Myachi.
Wenger just tried to be to clever with his player acquisitions.
I have no problem with Wenger staying on, if gets real help with the coaching. Honestly he should've handed over the coaching, tactical stuff over to someone a couple of seasons ago, and just essentially just be the overseer

this is what the Glazers did to Fergie. Breh was going down the Wumger path from 2002 to 2005. They only won the league because we threw the league away in 2003. Everything else, he and United were completely out of it.
The Glazers put pressure on him and brought in Quieroz and made him an overseer type and they started to win again. Too bad Stan and them give a fukk.

They can all go. I feel like only Bould is a recent guy. Everyone else been there since teh 90s.
The vaunted academy has produced nothing of note the last 4 years too.

Seems like so many things have just been neglected by the club, you would think with their penny pinching attitude, they would've done better with the academy, and developing better coaches.
So essentially Arsene has the been the only one overseeing the football side of things at Arsenal from the academy to the first team, Jesus Lord.
So basically the board just left him alone, and didn't think to bring in anyone else to assist
