I'm usually on Arsenal's side.... unless it comes to Everton. Great performance, hopefully they can get 4th. They'll actually appreciate the R16 loss to Bayern/Barcelona.

Lukaku has looked emotionally invested in Everton all season. Let's just see if he's a typical mercenary or his actions are worth his words and he stays. Would be refreshing to see a player like that stay with a not-quite-there team out of love :leon:

My only solace is that I am completely in the Wumger out camp. He doesn't know how to push the club forward. It's sad it has come to this but at least I'm clear minded about this.

He really believed he could go the whole season with one first XI, and one carthorse of a striker. That's been his downfall. Not tactics but his belief that this is 1980s football with his squad management.
