Garnacho is being sold because a) he generates pure profit b) they don't really have anyone else who has a good value and not on stupid wages that they can sell beyond Mainoo. c) Amorim needs a couple of players in this window only way to do that is sell a player.

Garnacho needs a better environment to develop in. He's not a wingback nor is he a inside forward/#10 so he doesn't actually fit the tactics.

Don't know what would be more dumb, some one spending 70Ms on Garnacho or united turning down that 70Ms.
On one hand, I definitely would not refuse 70m for Garnacho. On the other its pretty bad on Man utd's end that they have to sell sell due to the mess at the club more than anything. He's a player who still requires development and should have been given that opportunity because he's a good young player who can be a good squad player in a good team.

we should sell gnashers is if we can replace him with better more flexible players, who are also suited to play as traditional wingers.

other than that we should keep him for now.

Garnacho's potential sale STINKS

Let's look at the following questions;

Is Garnacho one of the worst players in the squad? Not even close

Are there players who need to be sold before Garnacho? Resounding yes

Is Garnacho suited to Amorim's system? Maybe not right now but he still plenty of room for development (He is only 20 ffs!)

Has Amorim proven that his system works in the Premier League? Nope

Is it guaranteed that Amorim will even be our manager this time next year? Nope

Is it possible that we might need wingers in a future style of play with a new manager? Ofcourse

Has Man United gone backwards since Ineos have arrived? Most definitely

I am happy to debate anyone on these points

Yes. Garnacho's not only not very good, but he's also not serious. Gotta get him outta there.

I'm not comparing Garnacho to Ronaldo but Ronaldo was infuriating to watch during his early seasons and for the exact same reasons as Garnacho. You have the benefit of hindsight but you seem to be the type who would have wanted Ronaldo sold back then. Lol

He doesn't suit the tactics but he should be given the opportunity to adapt himself to a new role.

Also I'm not yet convinced by Amorim's system. Who is to say that Amorim will be here in the long run and that we won't be in the transfer market next year looking for a winger that will cost us 50-60 million?

What I'm hearing is that Garnacho will be sold and we will only bring in one player who is Dorgu from relegation fighting Lecce in Serie A. I'm really not convinced :francis:
