I keep trying to remember which US professional sports franchise that Arsenal reminds me of. I haven’t been following soccer as long as most ppl here so I know I don’t have the same historical knowledge/context, but what I’ve seen the last couple of years with Arsenal has a certain je nais se quois. The hype, anticipation that this is the year, the unquestioned talent, flashes of brilliance that slowly but surely descends into lackluster performances that reek of an eventual slide towards disappointment.

Are there glaring weaknesses in the lineup?

Underachieving to me is almost always a coaching/managerial issue.
Dallas Cowboys.... haven't won since the mid 90's but every year is hyped...

Dalot put a bad ball in there for me. Needed to be flat and hard. Not whipped like that.

Hurt your best player on a chance you should score brehs

People saying the Chargers :mjlol:

The Chargers never won anything and weren’t ever one of the best teams in the league

Arsenal may be the Steelers or like the 49ers tbh
