Because he does 2-3 years at a club and they have some success (Swansea promoted. Nearly winning the league with Liverpool. Celtic and winning the FA Cup with Leicester) he just stays long enough where the job doesnt go completely t*ts up Mourinho style. Could argue Liverpool did but because he got sacked after what 5-6 games its seen as unlucky because he nearly won the league 18months earlier. And because his team play passing/possession attacking football which is foreign for British coaches he gets gassed up.
