We'll see how resilient these Canadians are when they have to play 4 matches in Central America over the last 2 months of qualifying. :mjpls:

We’ll do anybody in that second pot :camby:

Yes we make it difficult, yes we play down to our opponent’s level way too often but we are consistent when it comes to making it to the WC

Egypt don’t scare me at all :stopitslime: none of them do, if I’m in Pot 1 the team I’m looking to avoid is Mali, I would fancy us and Senegal against them still but they could definitely cause one of the bummy NA teams like Algeria a problem

The one team I'm worried about is Cameroon.

We never seem to be able to beat them, in fact we never did in any official capacity.

Anything else is fair game :manny:

Something special about this stadium?

Likely only viable stadium in East Coast of the country that time of year. Apparently BMO grounds (in Toronto) cant be used in winter, so this is the alternative.

Manager said yesterday he's concerned about travel for the players during that window because we have two away games in Central America (plus travel for players from Europe) so Vancouver is probably out of the picture.

I think it has to do with the hybrid grass at bmo, field would be way to slick
