Yeah that's my only concern

Liverpool can deffo give them a good game but that leaky backline... Bayern would have a field day

Hopefully with Matip and Loso back we can keep more clean sheets

talking about leaky defences.

bayern haven't outright beaten Real since 2001. yes 2001. having met 7 times in the interim. yes seven.

it's like how I had to point out to brehs on here about the german international team losing to Italy all the time.

germans in germany are aware of who their bogey teams are. it's common knowledge that Real (and Italy) are their superiors 1-on-1.

it's like man utd vs. real. despite all the hope and form in the world Real beats Man Utd most times.

EDIT1: DFB-Team: Die große Angst vor Italien .

But that was preceded by a bunch of 4 nil and 5 nil results and at the most letting 1 goal in:patrice:

Like I said, we can give them a match on our day but we have let leads slip and allowed teams to come back into the match when it should have been over within the first half on too many occasions this season

They will be guaranteed good chances

in the 70's? didn't check.

there is a reason why real and italy are tough for german football teams.

because they are just as structured and as tactical but have superior skills.

real attracts players that bayern cannot. alaba just said

""Bayern Munich are one of the biggest clubs in the world, the same as Real Madrid," detailed Alaba in an interview with Kicker. "Both teams represent absolute success. However, at Real Madrid everything is a little bigger, with all due respect to Bayern.""

Alaba reveals the difference between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich

liverpool are tough because of anfield. ole has #lutfisk. pool have scouse belief.

You stay hating on Bayern for some reason I dont get it. They have undoubtedly been the strongest team of the past 2 years, not only that but they score at a ludicrous rate, keep a strong pressure all throughout 90 minutes and Nagelsmann even managed to revive Sané which I had for lost following the Euro :picard:

This year, they seem on par if not better than last year. Bayern has weaknesses and teams can feed off that super high back line but other than that, there's not much you can do against them above all if Lewy is on that night.

Facing Bayern, you'll necessarily would have to score 2 or 3 because it's certain that they will find the net at least once.

I find it hard to gauge just how good they are until they play other top teams.

They are very fortunate that their league allows them to rest players whenever they want.
This current Bayern would destroy Madrid and Liverpool

Destroy Liverpool? No chance. :gucci:

I watched Madrid play yesterday and they are a low energy, badly coached team. They aren't in the conversation.

Lol, Gladbach is a team that just does well against them yet they still got routed 6-0 5 months ago. You're just picking and choosing :beli:

IMMIGRANT TETHERS
Dembele is injured again after his first match back from injury. Dude is made of glass I swear.

Injury FC starting RW.
said he'll be back after the Celta Vigo game.
they gotta put up with him because they have zero threatening winger
I have to say though, despite all his injuries, his speed and acceleration is still sharp

btw, I told yall at the start of the season that Kimpembe is just not good enough. He's a liability for psg. You might as well play Diallo.

Yeah Bayern are lucky that they are so above of their league but it's a gift and a curse. PSG suffered from that in the Ibra era because they never really managed to rise to the occasion. Bayern on the opposite will and they can still dominate CL teams.

2 years ago, they won the CL without losing a match. Last year they utterly dominated PSG but Lewa was injured and they would have buried the tie in the first leg otherwise.

My opinion on them is that as long as Lewy is good, they will be so because the ball will end in the box with certainty and Lewy has been the best striker of the past 2 years. He's their biggest variable IMO.
