the crazy part is that on his contract if after the 1st year they did not make top 6 they could have fired him without compensation

The thing with Emery is that, he doesn't improve teams. People get fooled with Europa League, but don't pay to attention to the fact that, he simply will not improve upon whatever you league standing was.

If you finished 10th before he came in. Expect to finish 10th/11th/12th under him.

Its not just him .. barca had to pay koeman...shyt they probably gave a few mill to setien... im not hating on the managers.
Its just common sense to me.. why should you pay someone to go away if he is not doing a good job?

Well it depends on the manager... nuno isnt pep or klopp.. spurs will be the biggest club he ever managed.
