It's more a case of that Pogba isn't adapting his game to play in the PL. International and European football he is fine, the game is slower at that level. PL he doesn't play the ball quick enough and that's why gets caught in possession when he plays deeper.

Last two years at Barca shouldn't be a factor, he got 20+ goals both seasons. The decline is clear, but his peak season had him outscoring Messi and Ronaldo when they were still in super scoring form.
