100% accurate. He needs 6 months with a PT working on just his back and neck muscles and he would be a great CB on the ball and have the physicality to go with it.
His hips are titled backwards too so I'm guessing he also has an anterior pelvic tilt that's killing his posture too. If he doesn't fix it he will only become worse as a footballer
