agreed..no matter how defensive you are..you can get damage....the human body is not meant to take blunt force trauma over and over..there's always been brain damage in boxing..only it takes is one punch sometimes to make things go wrong
This is why I say we put unrealistic expectations on nikkas as fans and ive been guilty of it to. I saw the nikka who taught me how to box recently and his speech was off and he told me he was fighting again. You know who I'm talking about n he didnt even have that long of a career and is starting to show effects.
He has a legit gig as a firefighter but you know how it is that lifestyle is like a drug.
