Breh now you just hating on GGG just to be hating now. GGG actually put Lemieux away. Canelo didn't do nothing but have a couple highlight combos but that's it Jr was there to be hit the whole fight. Jr ain't even on Lemieux level. GGG would have got Jr out of there. I can't believe we shytting on boxers for actually getting fighters out of there.

READ what I said.

I said the fight didn't live up to the prefight buildup....same way you GGG stans like to criticize every other fighters "buildup" after a fight.

GGG/Lemieux didn't live up to the hype and wasn't an exciting fight either. Both fights were 1 sided, except Canelo's offensive performance was better. That's just facts.

65% of the punches GGG threw in that fight were jabs. He threw 359 jabs in 8 rounds....Canelo threw 264 jabs total vs Chavez Jr over 12 rounds:comeon:

The fight was billed as Hagler/Hearns 2 but turned out to be more like Wright/Trinidad. I wasn't impressed:yeshrug:

That's what I'm saying, out of all the fights to hate on he hates on that one is bizarre too.. I feel that triple g looked the best he's ever been, his best performance.

I don't care:yeshrug:

You've proven yourself to be very biased towards anything related to GGG....going to the point of even saying David Lemieux would give Canelo problems:mjlol:

canelo would have real problems against David too.
.

So, you saying anything about GGG means absolutely 0 to me:forreal:

We hating on fighters for apparently following a game plan and fighting a smart fight. When the opportunity was open he went for the KO.

If we are hating fighters because they promised fireworks and then disappointed when it didn't happen, we would be hating every fighter.

We should be crediting GGG for showing he is more than just a simplistic power puncher and hating on Lemieux that his game plan was broken by a jab.

And we can't always compare apples to apples. Canelo wants to box, he doesn't naturally want to destroy you. GGG after JCC went into a shell would have beaten him like Kirkland and taken no mercy.

Is that not what #SSShookBoys are known to do more than anyone else on this board? Or are you just going to make me go to the files and pull up the receipts?:umhuh:

People talk down on Ward/Kovalev, Floyd/Pacquiao, Thurman/Swift, etc all the time. Calling the fights disappointing and saying they didn't live up to the hype.

I say GGG/Lemieux belongs in that category and then it's ":dwillhuh: bu-bu-but, I was thoroughly entertained watching GGG spam the jab button"

Good thing the fight thread for that fight is here and it's littered with receipts of what was said before and after the fight....and by whom:mjpls:

I got my receipts que'd up:birdman:

Any one of you GGG defenders have something else to say about GGG/Lemieux?:mjpls:

There's a lot of posts in there which are back up my points about the pre-fight hype not = the actual fight itself. I'll drop one real quick, and keep the rest in the holster ready to pick and drop in a moments notice like:

:smugbiden:

That aside, the fight itself is good. Probably the two biggest puncher's at 160, guaranteed action.

^^^Guaranteed action due to probably the 2 biggest punchers at 160?:jbhmm:

Was that fight an action filled fight that you watched between GGG/Lemieux on PPV @GREENandYELLOW?:sas1:

dope..so that means they definitely have plans for putting king sor and chocolatito on the ggg-canelo card
I figured Inoue would be debuting on the same card as Chocolatito, early word was that that rematch would be taking place in LA in Sept but nothing finalized.

I know one thing, Errol Spence is no liar -- he is a personification of The Truth itself.
:wow:
When we find out who Keith ghostwriter is.

That sounds like Thurman. He's cocky/confident but not obnoxious. Sounds like he's promoting his brand/fight.
