Magic in his current phase I agree. shyt is sad man.. Magic was the second coming of Cassidy. In his prime I take him over EVERYONE in this list. EVERYONE.

I saw people complaining in the comments about his exclusion of Daylyt. Daylyt doesn't even battle rap, he just gets up on stage and says random clever bars. That's IF he raps at all. Sure Daylyt can rap, but he's not a top shelf battle rapper.

Lets be honest here. Lux and Mook resumes arent that great. Especially Mooks. He's got Lux, Jones and Solomon. That's it. Who else is there? And don't say fukking Jae Millz. Lux only has Mook, and Hollow (Clips post 2014 doesn't count as a formidable opponent). nikkas like Clips, Day, Ars, and Diz have battled damn near everybody (or at least all the people that are considered legit competition).

Lux has battled every one of the other cats who are traditionally labeled as the GOAT so

Folks called that Verb getting sonned but I called it a man making excuses why he not ready to battle someone hungry enough to take his throne. Kings don't hide behind soldiers. You challenge a King and his soldiers form a circle and you either step in and kill the King or get killed yourself. Lux and Mook making excuses. Ars offered Mook 75 he wants to toss in 25k more. Day offers Lux what he been asking and he tosses in more. The fukk is going on? Dudes is scared and we helping them make excuses. That shyt is ass. Goodz lost to Ice, Verb, Hollow, Hitman, and had a friendly match with Ars and he gets Lux? Seriously? Didn't folks say he lost to Con as well? The match where he sweated out his shirt? True an unfocused Verb got us a K Shine victory. That shyt is his fault. However, a focused Verb gets us what we saw vs Cortez, vs Goodz, vs Hollow, vs Hitman. A focused Clips got us one true murder in Tay Rock, and one true embarrassment in T Rex. He got Lux? This shyt ain't like WWE. Because in WWE the promotion would hold back a talent from another talent to maximize his money (Bret/Hogan). They would never see a match with one another because his overhead would never be the same. These talents in battle rap hold themselves back from talent because they scared. The bullshyt has to stop.

Lux and Mook aren't scared of each other, and Lux in particular wasn't scared of Hollow or Clips but now DAYLYT and fukking AYE VERB are striking the fear in hearts?

Overall lux is the better "battle rapper" but in terms of conveying a message in a round I can make a legitimate argument that b dot us better simply because he is more concise and clear in delivering it. You catch more of what he saying. Lux 3rd rd vs clips I had to listen to like 5 times before I got a clear understanding of what the hell he was talking about, then he finally shouts out "snitched on alpo" and I said awwww gotcha! and that part is where lux loses it.

Flipside b dot conveys the message pretty clear and it's easier to follow. That's all I'm saying.

I wouldn't dare seriously say b dot is the accomplished battle rapper lux is. But lux can always be vulnerable to losing a round because he can lose people, b dot because you can follow him won't have that issue. B dot only issue is finding a way to package his message and make it more digestable to the consumer. Every round can't be a real talk round it's too much. It's similar to chilla jones transition, where he was all schemes to the point it became a bit exhausting. Chilla then switched it up where he still schemes but more precise but he begun punching more and he elevated. B dot needs to make that same transition.

I see where you're coming from, but Lux is doing that shyt on purpose. He wants you to have to listen to his shyt ten times to get it, that's why he's one of the few battle rappers where people will actually go back and rewatch his rounds. The issue is not everybody - really, most people probably - aren't trying to do all of that. B. Dot is very good but the him vs. Lux comparison to me is like the best player/All Star for a mid-tier playoff team vs. the go-to guy for a team who'll be in the Finals; even if the first guy were to have better stats the eye test would let you know who is better. Lux is capable of doing exactly what B. Dot is doing in the concise way, but it'd be like taking a step back.

It was a genocide. I don't think he's completely aware of that. It was a form of population control. They LITERALLY (almost) wiped out an entire race (or two). I don't think you can exaggerate that. Whether it be off by 100 or 1,000 or 10,000. The alleged numbers and the actual numbers can't too far apart. Because 1,000,000+ deaths is a fukking lot. Off course the numbers aren't going to be right on, but for him to say something like that is exaggerated (the numbers) is ignorant at the least.

And while I 100% get why people see his mannerisms and cadence as a Lux rip, I have a different view. Most of ya'll in here probably have met or know a nikka that talks the way Lux raps. I ran into them in Brooklyn, Philly, Baltimore.. everywhere. It's like there's a charter school for the specific purpose of churning out these types of dudes. So when I hear B-Dot, Lux, Polight, Bobby Hemmitt, or the nikka that walks up to my car tryna sell snacks, I lump them together.

Problem is, Lux was doing it first, and big. B-Dot won't shake that unless 1. Lux strongly cosigns him openly and denounces that idea that he's a clone or 2. He battles Lux and shows the fukk out. Both seem unlikely.

i think b dot separates himself overtime, by just giving it time. he still young in his career. i remember when everybody was trying to say yung ill sounded like lux and that was simply on the fact ill was complex in his wordplay and the only comparison they could give was lux. now as time went by, no one would try to make that comparison.

already i like how b dot is shaping his career, that ppv with meyers was pretty ingenious and if he continues to do that, he can get the best in a small room in no time. it also eliminates him having to go to every league taking bookbag jimmy as now he can take quality of mid tiers, put them on a ppv and do a great job at marketing himself because of that move. he keeps going, gets more sponsors etc, he will get a clips, possibly a hollow etc to do the same because the money will be there

i cant see mook, because nobody with a bright mind is giving him 100k and i cant see lux for the reasons i stated earlier, they both basically under the same umbrella.

but now todd says something about the holocaust and everybody gets sensitive and concerned

Yes there are racist jokes on KOTD all the time (including Jewish jokes) and people just KIM for the most part because it's a battle.
