While in the eighth grade Tyrese Cooper set meet records in the 100m (10.61), 200m (21.26) and 400m (47.76) at the Florida Middle School State Championshipsthis weekend while racing for Miami Gardens Xpress Track Club. As a ninth grader he ran the 3rd best time in the nation regardless of grade in the 200m 20.46 and a 10.55 100m :whew: . He shattered the National AAU record in the 400m as well 45.83

No....first he is 15 in the 8th grade....I was in the 10th at that same age :stopitslime:



Second...nobody will ever beat bolts time unless they are 6'3 or taller. His stride and speed from 60m to 100m can't be duplicated with some dude with 5'10 legs. Bolt is 6'5

Last you don't know that he may top out. I remember Jeff Demps UF runningback was running 10.01 in HS. He didn't end up making it to the Olympics :beli:

Dude is impressive... but Bolt was hitting those times when he was 14 years old..:manny:

Also, this kid's frame seems maxed out already and he's 16 years old in the 9th grade. I mean he has a chance to be great, but Usain is just Usain.

If he's running 10.6 100 meters at age 15....it doesn't matter what grade he's in, that's still fast as fukk.

By the time he's 21 he'll probably be able to get down to 10 flat...then maybe he has to take PED's to get into 9. range.
