The next movement for black people. A sample of what I'm cooking

Here's just a sample. Give me your input and suggestions.

GOALS AND VISION OF THE UNION


I. Kids raised in a community environment.

II. Single parents will have help from the community.

III. There will be emergency funds for Union members.

IV. Legal help for members, there will be a community of professionals in the union to assist. Avoiding melanoids of having to depend upon Public Defenders.

V. We will build melanoid school's for our youth.

VI. There will be funds and support for member's in the interest of starting businesses.

VII. There will be a security force utilized to protect our scholars and Leaders.

VIII. We will provide security for our own communities.

IX. We will vote in blocks and eventually form our own political party.

X. We will fund lobbyist to assist in our progress on a national level.

XI. We will create our own forms of social media and other media which will have our best interests and images in mind.

XII. There will be a Code of Conduct for our community.

XIII. We will purchase land for agriculture.



CODE OF CONDUCT


1. Melanoid will always support Melanoid.

2. Melanoid will not harm another Melanoid with out just reason.

3. Melanoid will not present an embarrassing or disparaging image of Melanoid in public.

4. Melanoid will seek the advancement of Melanoid's as a whole.

5. Melanoid will protect and support women and children.

6. Melanoid will be prepared to defend another/other Melanoid who is being attacked.


Disregard and/or violation of these core values will/can result in expulsion from the Union.

For real I think this wouldn't work because fake hoteps and the like would shoot it down. Dope idea though, would love to see something like this jump off and gain steam.

The problem I see would be the security force problem . All personel need to be vetted , even then the snakes that would pop up would be hard to spot.

Still working on that as there should be a standard. You have to pay monthly dues depending on your means.

Also have to be careful with the domestic terrorism label etc.

I loved it except for the code of conduct part 2. There should be no reason to "hurt" each other. If someone hurts someone else mentally there needs to be some type of reprimand/punishment. If we use disparaging words against each other we are not preserving our image. If we hurt each other physically, it needs to be immediate expulsion. You can't have this type of union/community and tolerate violence from within. There is no "just reason" for hurting each other.

Also, it's like this can be a line in the sand. If someone isn't down with the movement fine, continue to toil about unprotected and unfocused.

So hopefully this Union can get results to where those who don't believe in it right now will be on some. "Damn...those Melanoid Union people making moves. Lemme tighten my shyt up and jump down".

That part is into reference that that there will come a time when a melanoid may have to harm another. Such as....oh wait....I see what you're saying.

Even if you catch a melanoid harming your child, the moment they commit that act they're no longer apart of the Union.

Also, now this is tricky and I shouldn't divulge too much here but....bear with me and I'm open to disagreement.

The Union will work FOR melanoids but in the name of modern society it may be wise to allow "others" to join. Wink, wink, as they will be working for the advancement of melanoids at any rate. Dr. Umar put me up on that game.
