Romania should be together with Serbia and Bulgaria because they have many of the same dishes based on peppers...


Hungary is borderline Potato Europe, but they have the best chilli peppers in Europe together with Italian Calabria... so that is the hot version of Potato Europe!

Czech Republic and Slovakia have the best pure Potato Europe cuisine... they manage to make it taste really good...


In Italy Lombartia and Northern Eastern parts are also Potato Europe, just like the big part of France...
