Spoiler.

Does he do his wife at the end?

I think he does in the book, but I read it about 16 years ago.

It's been awhile for me too...but Im not sure if that happens...

In any case...that was a fukked up book. Hands down his probably most fukked up. It was from an era, too, where his books used to actually have you :merchant:

I'm sure he does the cat, tgen does his son, the kid kills the wife and the book ends with a dirt covered hand opening the front door and I think that was his wife's.

Not sure though, I read it in my teens and it was creepy as fukk.

Man, for some reason (maybe it was because my sisters showed me this shyt so young) the wife's daughter that haunts her, is the scariest bytch in a horror movie that I have ever seen. Something about the scene where she walks into her bedroom, hearing her sister cackling her name, and finds her huddled off in the corner, was/is so visually disturbing to me, still gives me the shivers to this day. One of the only 80's horror movies that still maintains some of the shocks and scares to this day.

:damn:
