Man, that is one of my favorite Sam Jackson performances.
One of my favorite movies ever, period. The whole way it was filmed and the musical score along with the soundtrack is great.

Yeah, I would probably agree with it being his best performance. Man, that flick is classic for so many reasons. All the actors involved did great. And yeah
