i liked the first trilogy. i'm kinda lukewarm on the prequel and squeal trilogies.

I copped the Prequel trilogy, aint read it yet tho.

I think its just a money grab. Writing 12 books (6 main, 3 prequels + 3 more for the new sequel) is just overkill

Still, the main books are dope

i'm kinda interested in the sequel to the second trilogy but to me the second trilogy was the money grab. Valentine was just that dude. Sebastian can't carry the series as a villain. i'm not like a heavy shipper or nothing but Simon and Isabelle are far more interesting than anything else going on in that series.

if this was an Anime it'd be Gundam Seed. you get the sequel (Destiny) that was supposed to be about a certain character and then the original cast from the previous book hijacks it. the new books were supposed to be about Simon with the other people just as cameos.

I hope it's successful & not one of those book series that does one film & flames out. There's alot of material that would look on screen. Far as Valentine/Sebastian....I'm indifferent towards it. I have to wait til the last book comes out to really judge.
