The reason this is absolutely retarded is it doesnt even shift the blame to the CIA/government.. just accuses the dude who discovered HIV of creating the disease

AIDS wasn't created. Its merely a mutated form of what exists in most other animals. Monkeys have Simian IV and cats have Feline IV.
