dope ass movie. looks great on bluray, real modern for something made in 1960

and great dialogue. some of it even sounds familiar:

(gets shot at unexpectedly)
steve mcqueen: you get elected?
yul brynner: nah but i got nominated pretty good

old man staying behind: he aint gonna kill me, i'm nobody & bullets cost money (kinda like that chris rock joke?)

bad guy: i see you built new walls, thats not gonna keep me out
yul brynner: its to keep your bytchass in (rorschach in watchmen)

and charles bronson telling the kids to respect their fathers who aren't gunslingers, is kinda like deniro in a bronx tale

anyway, its a good flick

The Swamp
I finally got around to watching this last weekend. I really enjoyed it. Just wish Charles Bronson and James Coburn's characters didn't have to die, especially Coburn. That scene where he threw the knife at the dude during the duel was cold as fukk :wow:

Seven Samurai is next on the list to watch.

Hard to go wrong with a movie starring Steve McQueen.

Kinda looking for to the remake
