Commercial food supply lines are collapsing..just set up a business deal with Harris Teeter in the NC and SC market and I had a discussion with the SVP of Operations they're ordering 35% percent more on foodstuffs than usual, there's still a lot of uncertainty in being able to source typical fare going 60-90 days out. The person I was talking to was saying that even keeping coffee and bananas stocked and rotated was becoming a chore.
I'm not having too much of an issue with sourcing supply as far as seafood but it's getting fukking more and more expensive and nailing down a solid delivery date from suppliers is getting more difficult to accomplish.

I really hate that you watch a show on a certain volume, and the commercials are 10 times louder.

I don't think it's wise when you're you have an unhealthy mental state to bring in another person with their own set of feelings and emotions, unless they are a mental health professional, but men tend to do that.
Go to the gym. Go for a long walk or run. Lift some weights. Don't start having rando sex though or even one woman, imo. You should really focus on you, otherwise you could end up in a shyttier situation and being in fragile space already, it could impact you way harder.
