Past couple weeks have been dope for shows.
Caught Lee "Scratch" Perry on Saturday, dude is 80 years old and puts on a more energetic show than most rappers out there, plus he's drinking and chain smoking joints the whole time. The grooves were so heavy, I'd say go catch him because I don't know how much longer you'll be able to.
Dipped out of there and caught Anti-Flag, the punk band (I work in music, had to go say hi/support), they still got that energy and message too.
Skepta on May 6th was 9/10. He holds his own on-stage, and didn't need JME or his crew to help, but having them there was cool regardless. He had the whole 1300+ cap venue going nuts. Go see him soon if you get the chance, it's very recommended.
Amir Obe did a great set recently too. Dude doesn't rely on autotune live, and can actually sing very well. His beats were so heavy they blew out a speaker. Go check him!!! shyts on a lot of these autotune rapper/singer cats.
Saw Denzel Curry last month, he was great too. Decent breath control, flow was on point and while the crowd was sorta annoying, the show itself was sick.
