What type of framerate are you gettingFinally left the starter islands down to Hyrule. Man if you got a capable PC, playing it emulated right now seems to be better if you're playing at home on PC anyway. That 4K image quality makes it so much more enjoyable since it's crisp and not a blurry mess compared to the Switch version.
Solid 30fps. Only stutters is shader loading. The 60fps mod can't hold 60 on my rig.

If it hits a 97 or higher, I’ll be pleasantly surprised.
But those Switch Pro rumors left a bad taste in the industry’s mouth, we will see points docked if this game can’t hold a consistent 30fps.
Reviewers will stick it to Nintendo if they get probable reason to say “you should’ve dropped a Switch Pro.”.
there is a rumor that suggests Switch Pro was scrapped during COVID and they moved on to developing Switch 2, that's a damn shame because their tentpole open-world game would've benefitted massively from better hardware and Switch needed a Pro more than any other system. it's not that big a power leap from Wii U so we've for real been dealing with the same Nintendo graphics since 2012.
either way, chalk me down as another that sees this getting 94-95 MC, even though it improves on BoTW in almost every way. critics are going to acknowledge that the OG made it all possible and was still the foundation for this game. plus the performance isn't as acceptable as it was in 2017 when BotW dropped.
i can also see them going the other route and not knocking it so hard because it's one of the few open-world AAA games that dropped in a finished, polished, and stable state. so we will have to see.
too many fukking companies are quick to put a game out that is buggy garbage for months and years then still slap a $60-70 price tag on it.
from what i hear from people emulating, the only bugs they are running across are some weird emulation stuff.
I moved Tears of the Kingdom to Internal storage. Loading time is slightly faster when playing off the internal memory.

took me a while but the excitement has finally got to me
if this game delivers then the switch might be my personal gaming MVP of the year which is crazy cuz I barely used it last year to the point that I gave away my account lol
but metroid prime remastered was a great game and now this…I wonder what other games are scheduled for the end of the year…if they drop a new 3D mario game, I might lose it
