Good game. I think I liked BOTW a little bit more but this is felt like a good sequel and worth the purchase price. I'm finished the temples and am not roaming around doing side quests and treasure hunting to get my weight up before hitting the castle.

For anyone who's completed it, Does having better gear matter in the end fight?

Finished it last night. An incredible experience. At some point i felt so immersed it was like no other game i ever played. Really felt the desire to explore and learn about everything. They nailed the feeling of regret and almost shame at the state of Hyrule due to losing to ganon 100 years ago.
However the ending was very flat. Ganon was very easy, i was hoping there would be a lead up to the fight and more of a challenge in the fight itself.
Don't think i'll go for TOTK now but definitely will play it maybe 6 months from now. I already miss the game

It’s the best game ever. Hands down actually…
TOTK is better than anything else… too.

Crazy to miss out.

Got a coworker suffering from depression cause she injured herself in a car accident and can't work. I've been visiting her over the past couple months and decided to let her play BoTW on my Switch. She hasn't played Zelda since Ocarina of Time but she took to liking it and even parried a guardian laser on her first try. I let her borrow. 2 days later I asked her how she's doing she says this game had ruined her social life she cannot put it down and sends me a video. Apparently she found Zelda's horse and gave her pink and purple hair. She's been running around activating shrines and towers, not necessarily trying to beat all of the shrines.

This is the only game that's let me take a boarded horse out, catch a horse nearby then called out Wolf Link. whistled for my horse to come closer, instantly jumped on the wild horse ive calmed down and I'd have both my boarded horse and Wolf Link following me and the wild horse.

I was gonna say you can catch a wild horse in Red Dead 2 and have your boarded horse follow you back to the stable to do whatever you want to do with the wild horse. Granted no wolf link in Red Dead but yeah, unless I'm misunderstanding what he is saying it's not the only game that let's you do that.

I asked him if he's delivering the master sword in his co-workers box and he went on a rant about some fukking horses
