I just defeated Ganon.
The main game overall is way too easy. Ganon's first form was OK, but the second form was way too predictable and didn't present the slightest challenge.
I'm watching the credits right now. So far, the scene right after you defeat Ganon was corny as hell.
I don't understand the praise this game is getting.
This game honestly feels as unfinished as Metal Gear Solid V The Phantom Pain.

Edit: Just watched the final scene.
I can't believe they didn't even bother giving this game a proper ending. Really. Ganon dies. Zelda and link walk away...The End. :gucci:
The second form looked so badass and the music was godlike. I was :ohh: but it plays out almost like a QTE. I had heard the last form was disappointing so I wasn't as let down as I would've been normally. Honestly, Dark Beast Ganon was pretty much exactly like when you go to unlock the divine beasts and have to hit the glowy points. Honestly, I feel like they might've done that DLC "true ending" nonsense as we know the December DLC takes place after the main story

So I was doing more shrine hunting. I believe I found yet more areas of the map I haven't been too yet. And found a horse...

this thing had me shook because it was TOWERING over every horse in the area.

This motherfukker is huge. :dwillhuh: This has to be Ganon's horse.

Horse is a douche tho. his stamina is unknown, but he won't run at top speed. I was being ambushed by enemies on horses and this fukker wouldn't run faster. So I had to jump off it for a quick sec and arrow them down. luckily I had a lynel bow (that one I have on my back in the pic broke facing the lynel i took the bow from) so I couldn't miss. shyt shoots 3 or 5 arrows at a time. :wow:

Then this jerk literally fell off a small cliff with me into the water :mjlol: I thought this was a glitch.

But then I whistled and this thing started swimming to shore. :deadrose:

but it picked the worst spot to get back on land because now he's stuck there and I had to leave him behind.:francis:

Should be able to just feed it apples to max out it's trust.

He doesn't have stamina but once he gets to top speed i believe he runs at top speed indefinitely and you don't have to keep using stamina

At top speed if you run over anything but mini bosses and top level regular enemies it will kill it in one hit...

Killed my first gold lynel a couple days ago. He had 7,500 health. But I killed him so fast it didn't seem at all that different from a Silver Lynel with 5k health. This means the only thing challenging left for me in the game is Master Mode Trial of the Sword which is still hard as fukk and I haven't bothered fukking with it again since I had stopped playing for awhile. But I will eventually.

His strength is unparalleled. Ganon's horse can kill Lynels if you ram them enough.

Ganon will be back.

Legends of Localization has taken a look at the ending of Zelda: Breath of the Wild in both English and Japanese. The site picked up on a bit of an interesting discrepancy between the two versions. It goes without saying, but some may consider the below explanation spoiler-related.

In English, Zelda says of Calamity Ganon towards the end of the game: “He has given up on reincarnation and assumed his pure, enraged form.” Yet the same line in Japanese is: “This form was born from his obsessive refusal to give up on revival…”

The point here is that the Japanese version makes it seem as though Ganon is intent on being resurrected, even if he is defeated. It’s what ultimately caused him to take on the new, Calamity Ganon form. However, in the English release, Nintendo makes it sound like Ganon has given up on getting revived.

Legends of Localization puts it simply: “the English scene seems to imply that defeating Ganon now will destroy him forever, while the Japanese scene suggests that he’ll simply be back someday.”

Making things more confusing is another line Zelda says during the ending. She says in the English version that “Ganon is gone for now”, which seems like a contradiction given what was said during the final battle. In Japanese, Zelda merely mentions that “the threat of calamity is gone”.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild ending in English and Japanese have slightly different meanings - Nintendo Everything

I know, but I just wanted to know if that area is marked on the map before actually going there. Because I never saw "statue of the eighth heroine" on the map.
When you go there, the words will pop up at the bottom of your screen with a sound effect and then it will be added to the map.

If you were trying to 100% the game you would have to do that and go everywhere so that every single location or special area etc shows up on your map.

I consider myself a master at this game and I still get nervous trying to deflect their lasers.
