It's a hosted movie viewing a little bit in the style of Up All Night. If you're into 70s-early 90s slasher films, this guy is an old industry head with lots of trivia about these flicks. He'll even have some of the old actors show up for a bit to talk about the making of the films.
Watch The Last Drive-in With Joe Bob Briggs on Shudder
He gets a little windy sometimes but great if you want a little background on what you're watching. It's on Shudder which I just picked up with AMC+.
There's already been 10 seasons and I never heard of the show
Going to start from the beginning and work my way through. A lot of these movies are low budget but entertaining and you see how they created a lot of the tropes and story lines that a lot of modern horror flicks straight up jack (or just get remade).
