- the WWE is in super-conference terrirtory like the ACC/SEC
- AEW coming out staring them in the face like the Big 10/Big 12
- NJPW is in the major tier but too far off on the map and not as accessible. basically a way better Pac-12.

impact is like the big east. keeping the tradition going and coming thru in the clutch. Villanova won two chips while impact still comes thru with the excellent ppvs.

MLW is kinda like the Atlantic-10 to impact's big east.

ROH = AAC.
super mid-major, always on the cusp of being an official major, and making moves. only differences are the AAC is hungrier and takes the plate while ROH is always in its own way and likes getting f*cked.

The one thing Impact/MLW have going for them is access. In this era everything is easily accessible and they put their stuff up on YouTube so they will have the ability to reach thousands that way and always have a chance of something going viral.

That said if AEW does well I think some of these promotions might be fukked on talent, it will create a bidding war unlike we've seen since the mid 90s

I think some of these 2nd & 3rd tier promotions are going to have to merge.

impact is playing it smart by affiliating with all these different promotions, especially lucha underground - but it looks like AEW is stealing AAA away from them.

just like college sports - big bank take little bank.

IMPACT & especially ROH getting talent plucked left & right.

then impact & ROH go & pluck talent from MLW & others.

just like how the ACC used to steal teams from the big east, and the big east would turn around & raid conference-usa.
