Been staying up late, applying for jobs. Anyone else in the same boat? I have my MBA, I have experience in my field so it's time to make that step to the next level. Who is trying to get it in now as far as career?

yo i really want/need a job but this is one of the most boring things in the world. i'm be glad when i'm out of school and i'm getting into something more serious. i've been applying for slacker jobs that give you some 'personality assessment' and i'm never quite sure if i'm answering those things right. i mean, i'm honest, but i wonder how much those things really matter.

It most definitely does count. A lot. Definitely will get you an interview if you answer right, disregarded forever from that company if you answer wrong. It shouldn't be too hard to figure out how they want you to answer though. Do you like challenging new work? Even if you don't, you better put down that you do. shyt like that.
