People have become too soft sensitive and bytchmade

Everything is a fukking reaction nowadays

What ever happened to having thick skin? Roasting nikkas? Having witty comebacks?

Modern social media is either

Some insecure broad playing “play a sucker to catch a sucker” on TikTok. Pretending to play victim to gain clout. Pathetic:scusthov:

Some mentally ill person expressing hatred as a form of expression on Twitter. Obviously, this isn’t all Twitter, but the numerous negative tweets about black men and black women, highlights there’s something really off about modern people.

Someone getting offended off a minor opinion. Exerting hurt because they can’t take a fukking joke. They act like they have a goddamn bamboo stick up their ass. SHEESH!

Notice how the Internet is the 2000s was different. It wasn’t the main focus of our lives. We was mostly doing business outside. People were far more laidback, easygoing and chill. This was the temperature of society.

2000’s Internet was more of a creative platform. Honing your artistic skills. Teaching you how to code. Expressing your talents. Networking. Broads weren’t insufferable hyenas

Unfortunately, modern social media has been the forefront of modern society. Most people are doing gimmicks for the sake of virtual validation.

The algorithm plays a role. The agenda is to bring more traffic. How so? The more reactions made, the more dollars the puppet masters are being paid.

Negative social media posts get twice as much engagement than positive ones, study finds

Capitalizing on hot heads for hot dollars!

Agree.

But back in the day even 10 years ago the internet was reserved for mostly teens and older. Now even my nephew who’s 3 years old is using the internet on his moms iPad. So having the PG internet experience is kinda justified.

The Wild West days of the internet are over.

It was pretty much a wrap by 2015.

The real question is, why do so many people want to throw out insults, and feel entitled to not get that same energy back? A lot of the roasters are just as soft as the people they roast. It’s sociopathic to criticize people, then call them soft for defending themselves, or getting mad. White people do it to us all the time.

There's plenty of people out there that refuse to take accountability for the things they say and do, and lack the critical thinking skills and self-awareness to see why they might be met with ire. Or they simply think they're above criticism for whatever reason.

Just wanna say the girl in the thumbnail in the OP got did dirty by the memesters. They used that one particular shot of her talking to frame her as a crazy, unhinged SJW like that dingbat who claimed PTSD from social media (who became the shaking "TRIGGERED" meme), AIDS Skrillex, and that weird looking thing in glasses on her knees screaming "WHHHHHYYYYYYY" after Trump defeated Clinton.

She was actually a very level headed articulate lady who was sharing her opinion with someone opposed to her viewpoint in a very calm and mature manner. Unfortunately some douchebag did a frame by frame, isolated that one shot, memed her and she unfairly became one of the faces of the irrational, snarky, immature, and nagging SJW. It's crazy how many weird faces we make during normal everday conversation that we never notice due to how fast our faces changes just to enunciate.

Just goes to show how easily someone's reputation can get fukked through no fault of their own, especially in this day and age.

It's not even insults. Folks on the internet will be seething over opinions. If your opinions are different than theirs they'll straight up spaz out on you and potentially tell whoever they can to get you into trouble over an opinion.

Trolls have always been around.

Now a days everyone is so triggered that it makes trolling easy. People also put their entire life on the internet so trolling becomes vicious.

If you getting upset at someone elses opinion or something they said over the interenet its time to take a break homie.
