Yea, I started doing 16:8 which is a good starting point, but once I got in the groove of doing 16:8 Intermittent Fasting, I started doing 20/4 then eventually OMAD.One meal a day will definitely drop the pounds off. I did it when I was broke, and I lost a lot of weight.
