>> The Grapevine <<
I work weekdays, Monday through Friday and for the past few months, I've been working on a project that requires me to dialog with my coworkers so much that it's not really practical for me to throw on my headphones and tune into something for an extended period. On weekends, I like to spend time learning and preparing myself for the coming work week. This is usually the best time for me to listen to eBooks or podcasts.
Recently, someone made a thread featuring a video of our very own @Stacker Pentecost on a panel of a show called The Grapevine. Typically, the entire panel is entirely Black men and women discussing pretty much any and everything we might discuss here. shyt often gets heated and there are moments where people are talking over each, which irks me but it's very much worth it because it's happening because we're a very passionate people.
Just today, I've watched more than 10 episodes and have enjoyed the next more and more. If y'all are looking for a new show with very intelligent Black people from all over the world share their experiences and outlooks from their points of view. definitely check them out.
I love it.
Here's one of the episodes I thoroughly enjoyed.
