Covid stopped them before they could finish the season. I think they had 2 or 3 more episodes left.

COVID also messed up Cush Jumbo's leaving the show so that instead of get a send off they are going to start the next season with Lucca already being gone.

I think the same thing is going to be the case for Adrian Boseman being gone too since Delroy Lindo left the show for his own starring vehicle on ABC.

I really hope they cast a powerful enough black actor to fill the void that Lindo will leave.
