I watched the pilot.
It's pretty much exactly what you'd expect from this type of show. It's HBO so of course the production quality is top notch. The cast is good. We follow the poor, the new rich and the old rich.
There was no violence, no sex and very little humor.
In terms of plot there was nothing especially exciting happening, no dramatic "hook" to make you tune in next week. But I'm interested in the subject matter and on paper the show should be good, so I'll keep watching for a while.

I knew that Mr.Morris was gonna kill himself. After he literally bent down and begged Mr.Russell only to be shunned. Whew. The indignity! I knew at that moment when he got home he was gonna off himself. How can he come back from that? Agnes is surrounded by dummies. Both her sister and neice r retards that can't see the forest for the trees. Smdh.

It is good show to peep from the background. That's how I watch it as well. It's good background noise and you ain't gotta pay complete attention to appreciate the storyline and cheeky dialogue.
