Years after suing rapper The Game for an alleged sexual assault on the set of VH1’s “She Got Game” and winning a default judgment of more than $7 million, Priscilla Rainey is seeking to seize his home.

According to court documents, Rainey, a former contestant on the show, and her attorney, Janelle M. Dease, are pushing for a judge to order the sale of The Game’s Calabasas home to pay part of the debt, which now stands at $6,898,721.99.

In the documents, Dease requests that the court set a hearing to force The Game to justify why his home should not be sold. She notes that records from the Los Angeles County Tax Assessor show no current homeowner’s exemption or disabled veteran’s exemption for the property.

The title to the home is held by Cash M. Jones, The Game’s real name, as his sole and separate property. However, a Final Judgment and Permanent Injunction deems the title to be held by JTT Holdings, considered an alter ego of The Game. Dease asserts that the dwelling is not a homestead and estimates the property’s value at $3,191,375.00, while the fair market value is believed to exceed $3,600,000.

Even if Rainey collects $3.6 million from the sale, it would cover only about half of The Game’s debt. The documents, dated July 24, show that Rainey has been pursuing this money for nearly nine years.

She first filed her sexual assault case in August 2015, seeking $10 million, claiming The Game assaulted her during what she thought was a required after-hours date while filming “She Got Game.” A jury awarded her roughly $7 million in 2016 after The Game failed to appear in court. He has consistently claimed he would never pay the debt.

In a 2016 Instagram post, The Game dismissed the accusations, writing, “Don’t be fooled by these accusations or the dollar amount in the headlines cause I put that on my favorite auntie’s poodle this broad ain’t gettin s###!” He asserted that he never touched or desired Rainey, claiming she was kicked off the show and filed the lawsuit out of spite.

An appeals court rejected The Game’s request for a new trial, and Rainey sued him again over his refusal to pay the $7 million judgment, winning the second lawsuit in 2023. She served The Game with paperwork to possibly seize his home in June, accusing him of transferring the deed to Wack 100 to prevent her from seizing it.
