To say The Thomas Crown Affair is leagues ahead of The Score?

I always heard the score was just average nothing special.

You should check it out. Just based on its merits, its worthwhile to watch. People expected too much from it, which I can understand seeing as how its got some really great actors in it. You see Ed Norton and Robert Di Nero in a film you go in thinking its gonna be one of the best movies of the year, at least. When its not, people tend to be more harsh when criticizing it, more so than the movie deserves.

Leagues ahead? Yes. They were both slightly above average films.
The opening scene of The Score is the most silliest intro to a movie ever. The only thing redeeming about the film the the score aka soundtrack. It was a phatass on a flat tiddy, ugly chick.

Are we talking the OG Crown or the remake?

No, 'The Thomas Crown Affair' was good enough to make a sequel. Steve McQueen was a cool legend. Ditto for 007(Pierce Brosnan) in the 1999 remake. The #teamhoh plot thumps the score story line

I'm watching the movie on TVGN. You guys can go ahead and cook.

Well I'm thinking this should be a running thread in the film room: is it blasphemous? We can all state opinions that could possibly be unpopular or ask questions that could be unpopular and just run with it. Like for me I'm not a fan of Tron at all. I own it and it bores the fukk out of me. Is that blasphemous?

The Score was garbage, IMO. I remember nothing about it other than I didn't like it. Thomas Crown Affair was okay.
