I'm pretty sure I'm not the 1st person who's had this happen to them. We all wanted to be business owners at one point, most likely. If you are/were an entrepreneur, how did you deal with this issue?

its about who did it first, it's about who did it right...
put your idea out there and add your own lil twist on it... maybe it pops off... maybe a bigger companies sees u buys the IP... maybe it fails...

No ideas original there’s nothing new under the sun, it’s never what you do it’s how it’s done.
I'm pretty much gonna echo what's already been said. When I did one of my upper division courses it was taught by someone recently out of the industry. He said don't worry if the idea has been done, it's not a big deal. What you need to do is make one feature stand out. For example, Google came up with a better search algorithm than Yahoo even though Yahoo was a superior platform for a while.

15 isn’t even that large of competition when you think about it...so many burger joints have flourished since McDonald’s right? Yes, being #1 is usually the goal but not being #1 doesn’t mean you won’t have success either

I guess am about to make an excuse but with work trying to get my masters and a baby girl finding a coder to assist me after I give him a detailed breakdown of what I want is gonna take a while. I know I ain’t Superman but like I tell my young heads don’t have kids until your career and financial goals are met
