I think it's a pretty well known fact that 2pac stepped his lyrical game up immensly the last year. "Makaveli" was a much better lyricist than 2pac...

After AEOM he stepped his lyrical game and it's displayed well on 7DT. He was very avarage lyrically before this and focused way more on content in his early career.
