I don't think so. That was probably a setback before it was public. But now It's constantly improving with millions of people providing feedback and using the tools.

People who think were ever getting UBI aren't too smart. Never happening. Especially when most billionaires are anti union.
We would've sensed it if a stronger AI existed. Why? Powerful AI needs lots of power to train. You need a lot of energy and power to run the GPUs that power really complex language models. Someone woukd have identified that large amount of power being drain a long time ago.
Yeah people acting like the masses are just gonna sit by and let technology replace them.
