The earlier you go to bed and earlier you wake up the more successful you are.

Say if you go to bed at 10 and are up at 430 am everyday do you think it puts you in a more position of success then waking up later in the day?

In theory yes! Normally you’re likely to get more done/be more productive during the morning when no one is bothering you (less distractions). How I like to frame it is it resemble yourself as a roller coaster. The morning routine will help you level set and then you’re “in peak performance.” you after reach your daily apex of productivity (just before the “big drop”) (normally for me it’s 2pm). Once the roller coaster drops, you eventually decline till you become counter productive.

I feel like since you do your rituals earlier and get your momentum started earlier yeah. When I used to wake up late during college it felt like I never truly woke up until late night and that was when my creativity and thinking power felt like it was at full power
