SRS said it but he’s never been allowed to reveal which one it was.
SRS is who you're relying on?

My other beef is the bland ass tag division. The Street Profits are miles ahead of DIY, Pretty Deadly, MCMG and Escobar's group

The Profits should dominate these goofs
The tag division is the perfect example of putting work rate ahead of star power. Street profits aren't technical wizards like DIY or MCMG, but they are a thousand more times popular than both groups combined.
I mentioned that in my earlier posts. Everyone said that felt like a Vince show. But I was referring to the period between Vince retiring and WrestleMania 39. He wasn't the majority booker during that time. From the research I did, he had some involvement in 2023 until the Endeavor deal came through, and as far as I know, he had nothing to do with WrestleMania XL.
Vince was very much involved in Mania 39, his power wasn't an on/off switch during that time :mjlol:
Je'Von losing makes some sense because he's a young dude and better payoff of him finally beating Ethan and moving past him. He's only 20 years old and is most likely going to be in NXT for another 2-3 years, so it's whatever imo.

The major issue is Trick because he had a weak title reign. Then he's been floundering and not really getting his big win, and to lose a strap match of all matches to Eddie Thorpe is just bad booking. Trick should winning against Thorpe and having his eyes at getting back the title from Oba. They could've built that up for the next NXT live event.

I have no clue what they're doing with Trick and its getting me worried they're going to drop the ball like they do with Melo when Trick gets called up. I hope I am wrong, but things aren't looking good
Yeah Je'Von losing made perfect sense from a storyline perspective. Trick Williams regressing as soon as HHH started to become more involved in NXT should worry everyone.
I haven't seen an explanation for Trick that makes sense... it was criminal
There is no justification for it, and the people thinking this is fine are lying. Bianca who is a top star beats one of their favs and the sky is falling, Trick loses to a glorified jobber and it's "he'll be fine don't worry about it".

Okay. What did Vince book for WrestleMania 39? What were his ideas? Because I know he didn't have the majority influence on it.
Theory/Cena
Brock/Omos
Roman/Cody

He for sure was calling the shots on and probably a lot more. It’s been stated Vince was back in his office running shyt around that time.

I'm sure someone else can chime in regarding manja, but I do remember Mansoor on a podcast saying that Vince straight up changed the booking of the raw after mania that year. Something involving omos. Changed it right before the show started.

Undoing the WWE DEI policy :mjpls: . Linda already laid down the new administration agenda for 2025 and Triple K is making sure his mother in law's initiatives are current at his place of employment.

I think we have to start looking at Stephanie being evil her damn self.

Y'all saw her smirking at the hearing? Not to mention that dumbass remark comparing 9/11 to her father getting charged by the FBI.

You are a reflection of the company you keep :yeshrug:. Vince, Linda and Triple K have a history of saying and doing fukk up sh1t. We shouldn't exclude Stephanie from their beliefs even through nothing public has came about her.

I say that WrestleMania 39 was Triple H's because it was the first one with him being the head of creative. The product went through a noticeable shift after July 2022 and 39 was highly praised, capping off the nine months beforehand. I want to believe he had a hand in that. The RAW after WrestleMania was universally panned and we know Vince was around for that. Hell, everyone was afraid Vince was back full-time after that.

WrestleMania XL was 100% Triple H. The documentary went out of its way to state this. The card was finished in October, Cody was the centerpiece and the only impediment to Triple H's plans was The Rock coming back. It was meant to be him officially taking the throne and will most likely be the defining moment of his era.

WrestleMania 41 doesn't feel like the beginning or end of anything. It's just another Mania. Vince left for good in January 2024, the last remnants of his creative involvement disappeared in 2023, Triple H has had the book for almost three years now, the transitional period officially ended a year ago. I'll say that if this one isn't up to par, people will start questioning the quality of the Triple H era, but it's been his era for a long time now.
Everyone on this board has been praising the Roman superpush since his heel turn. That was like 4 years ago.
