I must say my conch salad reached level this evening

- 1 lb of fresh conch
- 1 large tomato
- 1 habanero pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 table spoon salt
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 cucumber
- 5 limes
- 3 navel oranges
Procedure
- Chop the onion, tomato, cucumber and green peppers in to small pieces and set aside in a bowl.
- Sprinkle some salt (enough to taste) on the above mention vegetables.
- Wash and clean your conch using water and lime juice from one or 2 of the limes
- Rinse it with cool water.
- Chop the raw conch into small pieces
- Mix everything together
- Squeeze the juice out of the remaining 4 limes and oranges into the mix
- Store away for at least an hour
- If you're man enough or one of my caribbean brehs chop one or two habanero peppers and add to the mix
