people, especially black people, need to just stop using the n-word... it's not a term of endearment, we've just internalized our place in the world... it's time to come out of that..... letting the n-word go is not a cure all, but it is one of the major keys....
How realistic is that though? The word has grown to be much more than just a racial slur.

not very realistic, but you and i don't have to use it and it starts there.... are you willing to give up that word...? i know i have....
