What are the things in your city that only locals know and what are the things in your city that people travel the world for?
I'm not from New York City but I've lived out of my car there for 2 weeks (traveling as a car dweller is the only meaningful way to travel within a continent

Top 5 slice shops - Joe's, L'Industrie, DiFara's, Scarr's, Paulie Gees
Brooklyn is it's own city, Queens is too, and Manhattan is the city of cities and what you likely think of when thinking of NYC
The side you enter Central Park ... And your orientation in relation to it is a meaningful point of reference during your travel
Car sleeping is possible in NYC alongside the river, there will be a congregated line of Uber drivers from upstate sleeping.. very early street sweeping happens and each car immediately starts up and scatters into the street like roaches, not even letting their cars warm-up (the street sweeper gives no indication that it would stop moving if there was a car in its way)
Oh and apparently you got to get a Jamaican beef patty but nobody told me when I was there
, they did deliver some meals from Jamaican restaurants as a Postmate
At some point in your in your life, whether by one's self or with a meaningful person, you gotta check out the museums in New York City, I've yet to do this

In Cincinnati area they got their own fast food places and they all sell spaghetti with chili on it. That's like their thing there
