man, did you even read the article or did you skim through it? he wasn't killed inside of it, they did test the bull with him inside, but he didn't die that way...

reading about the spanish inquisition right now

some of the torture methods were :

tying your arms behind your back, then suspending you by your arms with weights on your legs

they killed one lady by tossing her in a well a throwing boulders in it

tie you to a ladder with your feel slightly higher than your head, plug your nose with wood, open your mouth with iron and put a long cloth over it..then pour jars of water slowly down your throat (sound familiar?)

a statue of the virgin mary, and when the lever was pulled she'd hug you with nails and knives, and slowly get tighter

turn a dish over on your stomach and put mice in it..burn the top of the bowl

and being buried alive and of course burned to death
