The Boston media is setting itself up for major failure this weekend.

Holy shyt will this end bad if the Texans win which i actually think there is a 40% of happening. Listening to 98.5 the sports hub and reading our papers all of the media is already putting the Patriots in the SB. If youve been paying attention then you know the media hasnt went this hard in awhile if ever saying how theres no chance in the other team.

They are jinxing this team hard.

it ain't just the Boston media, I really don't see anyone giving the Texans a chance. I'm a Pats fan but I wouldn't be shocked at all if they take an L. This setup reminds me too much of the Jets MNF regular season asswhooping/playoff L from a couple years back.

Texans had a couple of bad penalties that extended some drives for the Pats earlier in the game. The PI on Welker was an awful call but the holding that they got the first time was the correct one.

Then they failed on 4th down twice in Pats territory and also had a couple of drive killing penalties on offense.

If they can minimize the penalties that'll give them a much better chance, but it's gonna be tough.

yup. Also that fumble that Kareem tried to run off with and Hernandez got it. Watt was getting pressure on Brady and Brady was actually in a little funk. They did what good teams do is take advantage of the other teams mistakes.

these are the types of games the Patriots lose though its kind of like when they lost to the Browns a few years ago. They go in thinking they have the team figured out and on paper are much better then the QB in this case Schaub actually comes to play having a great game.

If the Patriots can score fast and have no turnovers then they got it but sometimes their offense gets really out of wack...one week on fire the next week they suck just like in the last Superbowl agianst the Giants

Yeah that was a sickening loss. But the media are making out like the Texans are scrubs and shouldn't be in the playoffs! I remember steelers whooping us in the regular season then playoffs we paid them back....shyt can happen come Sunday.

Schuab isn't a drop back QB. If the Texans want to win they need Foster to get going at the start of the game. He tends to start slow but can't have that on Sunday. Last time Wilfork was all over the OL and was dropping Foster in the back field. So I'm ready to see that adjustment. If Foster gets going then you get to see Schuab do some work. He works better when the PA is in his favor

In the past 20 years there's only been like 3 or 4 times(I lost count while checking) where all the home teams held serve. That's 80-85% of the time that at least one of the top seeds takes that L in the divisional round.

I think Wade going to make the proper adjustments and be ready. We didn't take advantage of the breaks and beat ourselfs with the dumb Penalties. Then Brady took advantage of our mistakes and there you have it.
