The Nicki comparisons are really because Kim was the one female in Hip Hop to upkeep the sleezy sexiness....BWP only did it on wax while Salt N Pepa were more teases...Kim was the real deal and Kim was able to shine with a girly sexiness while most female emcees of the 90's had a "butchiness" to them. This is why Kim will go down in history as the sexiest female ever, hence the reason for the appreciation.
